Why Do We Need Breakfast?

Why do so many people assume that breakfast is not considered important ?

Many reasons for skipping breakfast, for example, for fear of fat, don't have the time, late wake up, or feel hungry. When our bodies need breakfast since the night energy saving will be reduced due to the organs continue to work.

Ingredients :

How To Make :

2. heat butter in a pan, add the flour, stir well, pour the milk little by little while stirring until it runs out.
3. stir in beef-carrot, stir well, put rice and cheese, add salt, pepper to taste, mix well, then for so long rounded shape of the part 4 (croquette).

Savory Sesame Rice
For 1 serving, 1 serving = 624 calories  

Ingredients :
-1 tsp cooking oil
-1 tsp sesame oil
-1 tsp chopped garlic
-200 gr rice
-1 tsp fish sauce
-1 tsp sesame roasted peanuts
-1 tsp garlic, minced fried
-1 pc chicken eggs made scrambled eggs

How to make :
1. Saute with garlic and oil: fragrant, stir rice, fish sauce and sesame oil, stir well, put the Sesame Roasted Peanuts and fried chopped garlic, stir, lift.
2. Serve savory rice with scrambled eggs and FRY Sesame spinach or other veggies.
